1. Maintain the Headquarters Building
   • Repair rear concrete at 1037 MacArthur (tenant side)
   • Paint Front door red
   • Upgrade/repair the baseboards
2. Rearrange the interior art to be more balanced.

1. Help finance campaigns as funds available

1. Promote Candidate Trailblazer Training                for candidates
2. Promote key Republican talking points                 for candidate campaigns
3. Create team to vet candidates seeking endorsement

ELECTION INTEGRITY Team - Lead: Jackie Cota

EVENTS Team - Lead: Jeanne Solnordal

1. Create Quarterly Event for all County Republicans
   • May-Katie Hopkins - at Maverick's $65 - Pasta dinner and live country band included
   • Summer - at Westover Winery or other venue.  BBQ day with candidate speakers  $60
   • Election Watch Party - November 8, light refreshments provided.  No cost.  Local candidates to attend
   • Holiday Party - mid-December - details TBD

FINANCE Team - Lead: Jeanne Solnordal

1. Create a 2022 budget- completed
2. Fundraising event: Summer BBQ
3. Renew NationBuilder web hosting at a discount with Yolo County
4. Shop and compare telephone services (OOMA.com, etc)

MARKETING Team

1. Create Alameda County Republican publicity materials
2. Develop relationships with local press outlets
3. Plan phone banking for November election

MEMBERSHIP

1. Each Member to recruit ten like-minded voters to help AC GOP efforts
2. Each Member to devote time for AC GOP efforts
3. Fill every vacancy for 30 Member Seats and 30 Member-proposed Alternates
4. Develop process to capture visitor contact information
5. Respond to phone calls and new volunteer sign-ups
6. Seek and vet volunteers among our mail list
7. Recruit primary contact Member for each Assembly District

SCHOOLS/EDUCATION Team

4. Prepare a comprehensive School Committee strategy
