Join the ACGOP and Tri-Valley Republicans for the Leadership Institute Volunteer Army Training Forum in the Tri-Valley. This training is intended for locally focused organization and community leaders, campaign activists, or people passionate about political issues - with an emphasis on a universal volunteer and membership recruitment model that can be applied to campaign, neighborhood, and campus operations of any scale, in any place.
