Standing Rules

  1. Zoom or other Video Recordings (adopted 10/23/24). Only zoom recordings are allowed without the express permission of the ACRP Executive Committee.
  2. Video Recordings will be retained in the ACRP drop box.
  3. Video Recordings are for the sole purpose of verifying facts in the meeting minutes.
  4. Video Recordings may only be accessed by the Secretary and Chairperson for legal proceedings and/or minute preparation and revisions. Intent is to prevent member abuse from social media postings.
  5. Emergency Building Expenditures (adopted 3/15/2023) The Treasurer is authorized to make a building emergency expenditure of up to one-thousand dollars ($1,000) without the approval of the committee membership.
  6. Dues (adopted 1/21/2026): Elected and Appointed Members annual dues shall be $52.00. Alternate and Associate annual dues shall be $26.00. Dues are to be paid when seated and then again on January 1st of each year. Dues must be paid to vote. Members who have not paid dues within 60 days will be considered to have resigned.
